helpful staff immaculate cleanliness breakfast choices
the location IS super central! the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. i appreciate the cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping staff. the breakfast buffet offered MANY choices.
the lifts were quite busy! one of them was temporarily out of service.

faulty television nightclub music
The staff were polite and friendly. I cannot fault them.
The TV did not work in my room, but I was going out so I didn't report it. I was on the 3rd floor so I couldn't sleep well because you could hear nightclub music until the very early hours. It was very annoying. My room was separated from a group of girls by a wooden door, so I could hear every word they were saying at 5am. This was frustrating.
